On the Gantry, Here East, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park

The Trampery On The Gantry is our vertical village of 21 sustainable, freestanding studios located at Here East, overlooking Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, in Hackney Wick.

We have incredible double-storey studios available – perfect for ambitious businesses that need more space in a creative environment to grow and maximise their potential. Each studio is fully insulated with plenty of natural light, a sink, electric heating and an outside area with spectacular views over Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the River Lea.

At the heart of the complex is the Gantry Village Hall, providing a shared lounge for studio members and open-plan desks on the upper floor. Members also benefit from high-speed internet, printing, communal kitchens, showers, bike storage, and gender-inclusive accessible toilets. The Trampery community is enriched through regular events, networking opportunities, and chances to exhibit work.

Developed in partnership with Here East and architects Hawkins\Brown, the site transforms part of the former Olympic Broadcast Centre into 10,000 sq ft of vibrant, low-cost workspace designed for creative businesses, artists, architects, and music producers.
