Poplar Works at 384 Abbott Road in Aberfeldy Village is a dedicated fashion-focused workspace and training centre in East London, created to support designers, makers, and fashion entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey. Spread across two closely linked sites, it offers more than forty studios alongside training spaces, a small production unit, and an on-site café, forming a vibrant hub for both established businesses and early-stage startups in the fashion industry.​

 

Studios at Poplar Works are custom-designed, low-cost workspaces in a range of sizes, from compact units for 1–2 people to larger studios and workshops for teams of up to six, with options across ground and first floors and in adjacent workshop buildings. Members benefit from secure, welcoming spaces with good natural light, communal areas, and step-free access throughout, plus inclusion in an active programme of enterprise support and events, including London College of Fashion’s award‑winning Making for Change programme.
